1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing truedial.in, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any program offered by TrueDial Academy of Business & Technology (a unit of TrueDial Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Admissions & Eligibility
Admission to all programs is granted based on verified eligibility, seat availability, and completion of the required registration formalities. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable initial fee installment.
3. Paid Internship Terms
The 3-Month Paid Corporate Internship (indicative stipend ₹8,000–₹12,000/month) is offered to students who successfully graduate their coursework, achieve at least 80% attendance, submit capstone projects, and adhere to the corporate code of conduct. TrueDial reserves the right to evaluate internship placement departments according to individual aptitude and commercial vacancies.
4. Transparent Career Disclosures
TrueDial Academy provides performance-based career opportunities. High-performing interns meeting TrueDial's hiring criteria may receive full-time placement offers. We do not make misleading, unconditional employment guarantees.
5. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct
All course materials, presentations, proprietary CRM documentation, and software methodologies remain the exclusive property of TrueDial Private Limited. Students are expected to maintain professional integrity throughout their training and internship tenures.
