REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Academic Session 2026–27 • TrueDial Academy of Business & Technology
1. Registration & Admission Fees
To ensure small, highly mentored batches, TrueDial Academy limits batch sizes. A seat reservation fee is required to confirm admission.
2. Cancellation Prior to Batch Commencement
If an enrolled student submits a written cancellation request at least 7 calendar days prior to the official batch start date, the tuition fee paid (excluding nominal administrative and seat holding charges) will be refunded within 15 working days.
3. Post-Commencement Policy
Once classes have commenced and licensed access to AI tools, software environments, and proprietary curriculum has been granted, fees are non-refundable. However, students facing genuine medical or personal emergencies may apply for a batch transfer to the subsequent intake upon management approval.
4. Grievance Redressal
For refund inquiries or batch transfer requests, please submit an official written email to academy@truedial.in or visit the admissions office at Boring Patliputra Road, Patna.
